What are the sales and office-based appraisal parameters?
Depends on your level..If Sales, it usually consists of full-year achievement percentage, market share gain, efficiency percentage (Call Rate-Coverage and Frequency), and quiz score..Whenever upgrading, parameters differ, such as turnover percentage, number of achievers among your team, and 360 survey score, ending with behavioral competencies. For office-based, as per the KPI's settled at the beginning of each year.
What is the relation between appraisal and promotion?
The appraisal is a key requirement for promotion. If you achieve the required score, you become eligible to move to the next title according to the career ladder. If not, you will be monitored until you are ready.
What happens if I don’t meet the required appraisal score?
If you don’t achieve the required score, there will be no promotion. However, your manager will set a development plan with you to work on improvement points and try again in the next cycle.
Can I retake the appraisal?
Re-taking the appraisal usually happens in the next cycle (such as annual or mid-year appraisal). There is no immediate re-assessment, unless you refused to sign on the appraisal form, which will go through an investiagtion by the HR side
Are there exceptions for high performers?
Yes, employees with exceptional performance may be eligible for faster promotion than the normal timeline. This depends on the direct manager’s evaluation and HR approval.
What is the difference between an annual appraisal and a purpose review?
The annual appraisal measures your performance in your current title. The purpose review determines whether you are ready to move to the next title
