Dr. Morsy is the Chief Executive Officer of Rameda. He has more than 25 years of experience that cover strategic and operational expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Morsy brings to Rameda a wide range of experience in finance, business planning and strategy, human resources, product development, sales, and marketing. Before joining Rameda, Dr. Morsy was the country manager of Pfizer Egypt, which he joined in 1995, prior to which, he was a director at Schering-Plough in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Morsy holds a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from Alexandria University and an MBA from Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Alexandria, Egypt.

Mr. Fayek is the Chief Financial Officer of Rameda. He has worked at Compass Capital since its inception and was integral in the completion of several transactions across the pharmaceutical, financial services and real estate sectors. Prior to joining Compass Capital, Mr. Fayek held several senior positions including CFO and Business Development Director in the manufacturing sector. Mr. Fayek is Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.

Dr. El Gabri is Rameda’s Commercial Director. Before joining Rameda, Dr. El Gabri was the National Sales Manager at United Company of Pharmacies and Middle East Chemicals specializing in Pfizer products. Prior to that, he held numerous positions at Bristol Myers Squibb including Area Sales Manager, Field Force Manager and Medical Representative. Dr. El Gabri holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Cairo University.

Dr. Rania Farouk is an associate professor of Oral Medicine at the Modern Sciences and Arts University, where she has spent more than 24 years as a faculty member. Since 2019, she has overseen the Faculty of Dentistry’s research committee. Further, she served as the head of the faculty’s educational programs development, obtaining for it quality certifications. Dr. Rania graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Cairo University, and has since written several publications for a variety of reputed scientific journals.

Dr. Ossama Heiba is the Site Director at Rameda, responsible for overseeing production, engineering, supply chain, safety, and general services. He brings nearly four decades of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations. Prior to joining Rameda in his current role, Mr. Heiba held senior operational positions at Sedico Pharmaceuticals and Tabuk Pharmaceuticals in Saudi Arabia, and spent over a decade at T3A Industrial in various production and plant leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he worked at EIPICO where he held several production roles. Mr. Heiba holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and an M.Sc. in Chemistry.

Ms. Muttawa recently joined as the Group’s Human Resources Director and has over 25 years of experience spanning various roles across multiple industries, including the position of Human Resources Director at General Motors, and Gourmet. Ms. Muttawa is a seasoned trainer, having designed and delivered training programs across multiple sectors, including banking, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and hospitality, both in Egypt and internationally. Ms. Muttawa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Education, both from the American University in Cairo.

Dr. Maha Douh is the Technical Director at Rameda, bringing over 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She began her career at Kahira Pharmaceuticals in microbiology and research and development before joining October Pharma as Quality Control Section Head. Dr. Douh joined Rameda in 1995 and has since held several leadership roles including R&D Section Head, R&D Manager, R&D and Regulatory Affairs Director, and Plant Manager before assuming her current position as Technical Director. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Cairo University.

Eng. Abdallah Negm is the Group’s Business Technology Director and boasts over 17 years of experience across the information technology space, including digital transformation strategy, IT budgeting, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and analytics. Prior to joining Rameda, he spent 15 years at General Motors Egypt and North Africa, where he held various roles, including IT Operations Manager and IT Operations Team Lead. Eng. Negm holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Mohamed Aboamira is the Group’s Finance Director and has over 17 years of experience covering treasury management, risk assessment, financial analysis, and auditing. He initially started out as the Group’s Treasury Manager before becoming its Finance Director. Prior to this, he spent 8 years at a leading auditing firm in Egypt where he held various positions covering financial auditing.

Khaled Daader is currently the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Investor Relations at Rameda and brings nearly a decade of experience covering financial advisory and investor relations. Prior to his current role, Khaled led the investor relations function at one of Egypt’s largest dairy companies, Juhayna Food Industries. He also served as a member of CI Capital’s investment banking team for four years, where he advised clients on a variety of transactions across the consumer, education, real estate, hospitality, and financial services sectors. Khaled has a bachelor’s degree with a double concentration finance and economics from the German University in Cairo.
