There is no fixed time. It depends on your skills and readiness. Usually, employees are eligible after passing 3-6 months of their accession date, subject to achieving tremendous performance and growth, and revealing outstanding leadership skills, while having a minimum of 6-7 years of external excellent experience
Depends on your current title/sector. If a representative or its equivalent, you shall obtain an average of 100% appraisal score for the last 2 years. If an associate or acting as only 1 year with a minimum of 100% appraisal to be eligible for the next level. For other office-based functions, obtaining an average of 95% for the last 2 years and 1 year for associates with the same percentage. For a managerial promotion, a vacant box must exist and to successfully pass the assessment center. You should demonstrate higher competencies and skills in your work; moreover, highly adhere to the company policies and values. Depends on your level..If Sales, it usually consists of full-year achievement percentage, market share gain, efficiency percentage (Call Rate-Coverage and Frequency), and quiz score..Whenever upgrading, parameters differ, such as turnover percentage, number of achievers among your team, and 360 survey score, ending with behavioral competencies. For office-based, as per the KPI's settled at the beginning of each year.
The appraisal is a key requirement for promotion. If you achieve the required score, you become eligible to move to the next title according to the career ladder. If not, you will be monitored until you are ready.
If you don’t achieve the required score, there will be no promotion. However, your manager will set a development plan with you to work on improvement points and try again in the next cycle.
Re-taking the appraisal usually happens in the next cycle (such as annual or mid-year appraisal). There is no immediate re-assessment, unless you refused to sign on the appraisal form, which will go through an investiagtion by the HR side
Yes, employees with exceptional performance may be eligible for faster promotion than the normal timeline. This depends on the direct manager’s evaluation and HR approval.
The annual appraisal measures your performance in your current title. The purpose review determines whether you are ready to move to the next title

Yes, you must submit your original experience certificates within one month of your hiring date. This will let you act as until proving yourself within a minimum of 1 year
